Ordering notice:
It consists of four main parts,namely,the bridge structure,the travelling mechanism,the trolley and the electric equipment.The bridge is welded structure of box-type;individual drives are adopted for travelling mechanism on each end of the crane.All movements of the crane are controlled form the cabin.Either rigid shapes of steel (angles or tees )or flexible insulated cable shall be selected to be utilized a runway conductors and proposed in the order by the purchaser.Max.and min,Value of environment temperature,the sort of power supply,the voltage and other data shall be proposed by user when filling the order form.
After-sales Service promises:
Ⅰ. Quality problems of products sold by our company will be solvedas per the"Three Guarantees"system of our company by the "Three Guarantees"service team;
Ⅱ.Related personnel will be sent to the site immediately after receiving quality complaints(by call,letter or oral notice)from clients;
Ⅲ.Personnel involved in after-sales service shall be serious and considerate in handing the problem to make clients crane-free;
Ⅳ.In addition to solve quality problems,personnel involved in after-sales service shall train clients,answer their technical inquiries and related questions free of charge.
Ⅴ.Related cost for products with quality problem will be shouldered by our company.Our company charges for quality problems caused by clients (or problems after the warranty term ),but the charge will not be higher than the expense(or cast);
Ⅵ.Establish the client-orient concept to offer timely,serious,sonsiderate and complete service,and value the image of the all the time to serve the company and clients.
